Junior Sales Academy

At Johnson & Perrott we provide a Junior Sales Training Program within our Academy. As a Junior Sales Executive you will work as part of the sales team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. This will require you to continually strive to meet sales and profit opportunities via the sales of vehicles, finance, and insurance products.

What do I learn as a Junior Sales Executive?

During your training you will learn:

• Best practice for optimal sales including attitude, customer meet & greet, product demonstrations.
• Negotiation & closing skills.
• Best practice for maintaining New and Used Vehicle displays.
• Product Marketing – Photography & Videography of Vehicles.
• Website updating for new stock.
• Comprehensive product knowledge of our vehicles, promotions, grants and taxation of vehicles.
• Best practice for maximizing sales opportunities.
• Maintaining customer data on our CRM system.
• Administration requirements for dealer standards.
• Professional Vehicle Handover process.

How Long is the Junior Sales program?

The program length is determined by your progress through your training which results in the training varying from 12 to 24 months.

Training
In addition to on-the-job training from your mentor, you will undertake training with our franchise partners & external training programs.  At Johnson & Perrott, we are home to 9 leading car franchises: CUPRA, Jaguar, KIA, Land Rover, MG, Opel, Peugeot, SEAT and Volvo, including the Opel & Peugeot commercial franchises.

Progression

Individuals who have undertaken our training program have gone on to progress into other roles within our organization, from Sales executive to Brand Managers, the opportunities are endless.
