Trainee Business Manager Academy

At Johnson & Perrott we provide a Trainee Business Manager Program within our Academy. As a Trainee Business Manager, you will work as part of the sales team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. This will require you to continually strive to meet sales and profit opportunities via the sales of vehicles, finance, and insurance products.

What do I learn as a Trainee Business Manager?

During your training you will learn:

• Best practice for optimal sales including attitude and customer meet & greet.
• Negotiation & closing skills.
• Best practice for selling Financial Services products, finance, and insurance products.
• Comprehensive product knowledge of our vehicles, promotions, grants and taxation of vehicles.
• Maintaining customer data on our CRM system.
• Administration requirements for dealer & legal standards.

How Long is the Trainee Business Manager program?

The program length is determined by your progress through your training which results in the training varying from 12 to 24 months.

Training
In addition to on-the-job training from your mentor, you will undertake training with our franchise partners & external training programs.  You will be required to undertake professional QFA examinations and will be fully supported by the company to do this.

Progression

Those who qualify from the Trainee Business Manager Academy will achieve their professional QFA designation which allows them to progress on to become a Business / Finance & Insurance Manager
