During your training you will learn:

• Content Generation: Create engaging and relevant content for our active social media presence to connect with our audience and drive engagement.
• Video Content Creation: Develop video content for various digital platforms to showcase our products and services.
• Collating Information: Gather and organize information for promotional literature and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Website Management: Update and maintain dealership websites, ensuring content is up-to-date and accurate.
• Digital Strategy: Assist in planning, implementing, and measuring digital strategies, including utilizing tools like Google Analytics to track performance.
• Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning, execution, tracking, and review of marketing campaigns.
• Collaboration: Liaise with third-party agencies for design, print, and production, fostering collaborative relationships.
• Online Traffic Generation: Contribute to web-related campaigns aimed at driving online traffic to our platforms.
• Event Management: Manage events, from booking venues and coordinating suppliers to ordering materials.
• Promotional Support: Provide assistance during promotional sponsorship events and other functions as needed.

How Long is the program?
The program length can vary but it is usually for 24 months

Training 

In addition to on-the-job training from your mentor, you will undertake training with our franchise partners & external training programs.  At Johnson & Perrott, we are home to 9 leading car franchises: CUPRA, Jaguar, KIA, Land Rover, MG, Opel, Peugeot, SEAT and Volvo, including the Opel & Peugeot commercial franchises.

Progression
Individuals who have undertaken our training program have gone on to progress into other roles within our organization, from Sales executive to Brand Managers, the opportunities are endless.  

Requirements for the role

• A relevant 3rd level qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• Possession of a full clean driver’s license.
• Passion for content creation, with strong photo and video skills. 
• Organized, flexible, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Photoshop and video editing tools is advantageous.
• Proficiency in IT, including the MS Office Suite and social media platforms.
