Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Douglas Dealership

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Financial Services, including finance and insurance products, to car purchasers, achieving agreed targets.
• Monitor and report on funding directly to the management team on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Complete all required documentation to meet legal standards and those of Financial Services providers.
• Maintain accurate records of car sales and Finance & Insurance performance, ensuring timely receipt of payments.
• Administer customer settlement inquiries.
• Establish and maintain relationships with various finance sources to handle diverse business needs.
• Foster excellent relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Critical Skills Required:

• Experience: 3-4 years in the finance services industry (motor trade experience preferred but not essential).
• Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Sales Orientation: Results-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Numerical & IT Skills: Strong numerical ability and proficiency in relevant IT systems.
• Driving License: Full clean driving license required.
