Job Summary:  As a Receptionist & Showroom Host, you will be the first face our customers encounter, you will be at the forefront of creating an inviting ambiance in our showroom, leaving a lasting impression. Working closely with our sales and aftersales teams, you'll provide essential support.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:  As a Receptionist & Showroom Host your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Warm Welcomes: Be the beacon of hospitality, greeting every customer and guest with genuine warmth and friendliness as they step into our showroom.

Effortless Communication: Skilfully manage our switchboard, ensuring every call reaches its rightful destination promptly and smoothly.

Hospitality: Delight our guests by serving refreshing beverages like tea, coffee, and water in a timely and impeccable manner.

Customer Engagement: Build authentic connections with our customers, ensuring they receive attentive service without any unnecessary delays.

Operational Excellence: Take charge of maintaining the reception area's seamless operation, ensuring a hassle-free and efficient experience for everyone.

Administrative Excellence: Handle petty cash and fuel expenses along with verifying and processing invoices and payroll timesheets. Coordinate post distribution, manage courier items, and arrange taxis as required.

Team Player: Provide indispensable support to the Sales Administrator when needed.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.

Commitment & Enthusiasm: Demonstrated commitment to high standards and a strong enthusiasm for learning.

Client-Facing Experience: A proven track record in client-facing roles.

Computer Skills: Solid computer skills, including prior experience with Excel and ADP/Kerridge (an advantage).

Team Collaboration: Exceptional team collaboration, organizational, and planning skills.

Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities coupled with a customer-centric approach.
