Introducing the Jaguar F-Pace
Featuring an assertive new exterior, an elegantly designed all-new interior and the latest generation Pivi Pro infotainment; the new Jaguar F-PACE is an enhancement of the immensely popular, award-winning, performance SUV.
Efficiency and refinement is augmented thanks to new plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) and mild-hybrid (MHEV) powertrains.
Jaguar's first plug-in hybrid electric vehicle is not only the most powerful model in the core F-PACE range, but also the cleanest, most efficient F-PACE in the range. However, there is a powertrain to suit everybody, with a fantastic line-up of efficient and capable petrol and diesel engines too.
Revealing a striking new appearance, the new F-PACE flaunts an assertive presence, accentuating its performance-focused demeanour. Bonnet design, grille, rear lights, and bumper have all been updated on the family, performance SUV.
Equally as luxurious is the all-new, tastefully crafted interior. Highlights are the plush materials, exquisite details, and intuitive technology, which amalgamate to create a serene cabin space for the driver and passengers.
Despite the elegant appearance and sumptuous comfort of the interior, the practicality and storage space remains uncompromised. Dependent on the powertrain and model you choose, the F-PACE accommodates up to 793 litres of load space which can be increased up to 1,842 litres with the second row of seats folded down.
Access the latest Pivi Pro infotainment technology through the all-new 11.4-inch curved glass HD touchscreen, which is three times brighter and 48 percent larger than the previous 10-inch screen. Wireless phone charging is available as an option, however, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ are available as standard. Connectivity is enhanced even further thanks to Amazon Alexa voice-control.
Reduced noise and increased refinement can be experienced within the cabin of the new F-PACE due to Active Road Noise Cancellation technology, which constantly monitors vibrations from the road surface and calculates the opposite phase sound wave needed to eliminate the noise.
Benefitting from a selection of advanced driver assistance technology, you can expect Front and Rear Parking Aid, Cruise Control and Speed Limiter as well as Traffic Sign Recognition and Adaptive Speed Limiter all as standard. Opt for a higher specification for added features such as Blind Spot Assist and Rear Collision Monitor.
Performance certainly has not been compromised when it comes to the P400e F-PACE PHEV, delivering a combined output of 398bhp and 640Nm torque from the 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine and 105kW electric motor. 100km/h can be reached from zero in a rapid 5 seconds, whilst only emitting 49g/km CO2 and boasting an impressive fuel economy of up to 130.2mpg.
Alternatively, both petrol and diesel engines are available, with MHEV technology featuring on selected engines for the first time. Unlike the P400e, the engines featuring MHEV technology do not need to be plugged-in to charge.
The advanced MHEV technology uses a Belt integrated Starter Generator (BiSG) to harvest energy, which would normally be lost during deceleration and braking. A separate 48V lithium-ion battery stores this energy and intelligential uses it to support the engine when accelerating, in addition to delivering a more refined stop/start system.
If you are looking for the ultimate performance SUV and a scintillating driving experience, the new F-PACE SVR is powered by a 5.0-litre Supercharged V8 with an almighty 542bhp and a mesmerising 0 to 100km/h speed of 3.8 seconds.
The F-PACE range also features a limited edition SVR Edition 1988 model, created in honour of the iconic XJR-9. Striking exterior attributes inspired by the 1988 model include Midnight Amethyst paint and a Sunset Gold Satin Jaguar leaper and script on the tailgate.
Typical of any Jaguar, the luxurious interior of this stunning limited-edition SUV does not disappoint. The 394 Edition 1988 units are decorated with semi-aniline Ebony leather upholstery, with contracting Sunset Gold Satin detailing across the dashboard, seats, and steering wheel.
Performance and refinement go hand-in-hand in the Edition 1988 model, with a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine that makes 542bhp, managed by an 8-speed automatic transmission. The powerful Edition 1988 model is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.8 seconds, and can reach a top speed of 286km/h.
Exceptional features are included as standard in this spectacular family SUV, even in the entry S model. SE and HSE specifications can also be chosen, whilst all three are also available as the R-Dynamic specification or the powerful SVR.
In terms of comfort, neither driver nor passengers will be disappointed with the new F-PACE's tranquil sanctuary in the cabin. All occupants can settle into the plush interior and appreciate the refined drive and intuitive Pivi Pro infotainment.
