Design

Powerfully beautiful.

Showcasing a reinforced front bumper and chromed front grille with the adorning CUPRA logo, the CUPRA Ateca’s exterior design has been updated to give it a more lively and capable expression. The dark aluminium finish also features on the side mouldings and roof rails as well as the door mirrors, which illuminates the floor when entering and exiting the vehicle.

The already menacing side profile has been enhanced by 19-inch alloy wheels with optional Brembo brakes as standard, finished in Black and Silver. Opt for the signature Copper finish and you will benefit from the standard 17-inch CUPRA brake callipers in Black or the optional 18-inch Brembo performance brakes with copper callipers.

Customisation doesn’t stop there as the CUPRA Ateca can be personalised in six exterior paint colours: Rhodium Grey, Velvet Red, Reflex Silver, Crystal Black, Nevada White or Non-Metallic Bila White, to add to the dynamic appearance of the vehicle.

Inside, the cabin brings just as much pleasure to your experience as the driving does. From the finely crafted upholstery and performance Sport Bucket seats to the adjustable ambient lighting, the CUPRA Ateca welcomes you with an even more passionate and sophisticated character than ever before. The CUPRA Ateca is also fully loaded, with 485 litres of boot space.

Technology

An unmatched driver experience.

In an ever-increasing digital world, the CUPRA Ateca brings together a Digital Cockpit and updated infotainment technology to ensure that both occupants and driver remain in-touch with the outside world whilst on the road.

A large 9.2” touchscreen system sits proudly in the centre console and offers online services such as route navigation and the latest apps, thanks to a new embedded eSIM, which also provides new products and updates throughout your CUPRA Ateca’s lifetime. This eSIM can also share your location directly with the emergency services in the event of an incident, adding yet another level of safety to the CUPRA Ateca.

Customers will also benefit from a host of driver assistance features from a wireless charging plate to voice and gesture control. Thanks to a brand new CUPRA app, users can remotely access driving data, parking position and even lock or unlock the doors all from your smartphone.

Drive

Power unveiled.

The CUPRA Ateca comes with a suite of additions and improvements that have been made to give drivers the option of getting behind the wheel of a vehicle that offers the practicality of an SUV with the driveability and handling of a traditional high-performance car.

Its beating heart is a 2.0 TSI DSG-auto 4Drive 300PS petrol engine connected to a quick-shifting seven-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission which propels the CUPRA Ateca from standstill to 100km/h in just 4.9 seconds and on to a top speed of 249km/h.

4Drive all-wheel drive comprises the latest generation traction systems, which constantly monitors and analyses road conditions and driver inputs to maximise grip control. The steering calibration and throttle response has also been updated to give the CUPRA Ateca maximum agility and enhances feedback for drivers really putting its credentials to the test.

The CUPRA Ateca’s driveability is based on its relationship between the powertrain and chassis that gives it the distinctive dynamic performance. The SUV’s chassis has been tuned to offer the most precise, involved, and responsive ride possible from the platform. Four different driver profiles also allow the SUV to be tuned to the specific nature of the journey, or the person behind the steering wheel. These options are: ‘Normal’, ‘Sport’, ‘CUPRA’ and ‘Individual’.

Safety

The pleasure of safe driving.

As well as incredible performance, the CUPRA Ateca also stands for innovative safety, offering a range of refreshed advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) that few competitors do.

The CUPRA Ateca comes with the latest Safety technologies:

  • ACC Predictive - Monitors cars, upcoming bends, and speed limit changes.

  • Traffic Sign Recognition - Senses speed limits and restrictions, which is displayed on the Digital Cockpit.

  • Travel Assist - Semi-automatic driving assistance and speed control.

  • Park Assist - Helps to get you in and out of your parking spots with ease.

  • Side & Exit Assist - Warns you of incoming traffic.

  • Emergency Assist - Helps to prevent accidents and notices when you become unresponsive and slows you down with warning.
