Job Summary:  As a Vehicle Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to industry best practices. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in automotive painting and refinishing.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: 

• Assess job requirements and prepare the vehicle for painting, including cleaning, blending, and masking.
• Cover the vehicle and cut out areas to be painted.
• Degrease and prime panels for painting.
• Mix paint according to manufacturer specifications.
• Spray panels with the required number of coats and bake to finish.
• Complete necessary documentation, including signing job cards.
• Work within and aim to improve allocated times for specific jobs.
• Ensure a high level of quality and accuracy in all tasks.
• Maintain effective communication with the workshop and other team members.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment, fostering cooperation and collaboration.
• Adhere to all company Health & Safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Spray Painter in a professional workshop
• Good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• The ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative
