Your Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding and exceeding customer needs.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle handover.
• Promote and sell new and used vehicles, finance, and insurance products to meet sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Use your expertise to provide advice on vehicle features, grants, and taxation.
• Ensure customer records are accurately maintained on our CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve dealership goals and maintain a positive team environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional who is motivated to excel and deliver results:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in the motor industry.
• Strong knowledge of finance, insurance, and vehicle taxation processes is an advantage.
• A customer-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• High levels of motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A full, clean driver’s license.
