What You’ll Learn

• Expertise in maintaining and presenting New and Used Vehicle displays.
• Marketing techniques, including vehicle photography and videography.
• Website management to update new stock.
• In-depth knowledge of our vehicles, promotions, grants, and taxation.
• Techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Effective CRM system use for managing customer data.
• Dealer standard administrative processes.
• The professional vehicle handover process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your training journey will vary based on your progress, typically taking 24 months.
