As a Driver Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our drivers by coordinating and managing our service, maintenance, and repair programs. Your role will be key in delivering exceptional customer support while working with our network of service agents and suppliers.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor within a dealership or vehicle manufacturer.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to make pragmatic decisions.
• Confident negotiator, comfortable liaising with service providers and internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with garage systems (preferred but not essential).
• High level of numeracy and literacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment and handle customer interactions professionally.
• A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Benefits

Salary Range: €40,000 - €43,000 depending on experience.
