Johnson & Perrott Motor Group is looking for a dedicated General Operative (Driver - C Licence) to support our growing team at our Douglas Road dealership. This role is primarily focused on the collection and delivery of vehicles while also providing backup to our service valeting department.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Collection and Delivery: Safely transport vehicles to and from customers or external service centers.
• Vehicle Preparation: Ensure vehicles are cleaned inside and out, filled with diesel and AdBlue as needed, and ready for rental or customer collection.
• Site Maintenance: Manage parking arrangements and maintain the general condition of the yard.
• Parts Collection: Collect parts as required by the garage.
• Valeting Support: Provide occasional assistance to the service valeting team.
• Other Duties: Take on general operational tasks as needed to support the dealership.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional, and ready to hit the road!

• A full, clean Category B & C driver’s license is essential.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Motivated to work to high standards and eager to learn.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in a customer-facing role.
• Professional with a high standard of personal presentation.
