We are delighted to announce that Paul O Neill has been appointed our new Head of Group Aftersales, in addition to his current role as Dealer Principal at our Douglas Dealership. In this new position, Paul will be responsible for working with the aftersales teams at our #Mahonpoint and #Bishopstown Dealerships to implement a series of improvements across all our sites, with the aim of achieving higher levels of customer satisfaction, improved efficiency, and a more rewarding work environment for all our staff.

Paul originally joined Johnson & Perrott in 2016 and has since been an instrumental member of our team. He is a firm believer continuous education, and last year completed a Masters in Business Leadership & Practice from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. We are proud to support Paul in his professional development and celebrate his success.

Paul's extensive experience in the motor industry and his dedication to providing the highest level of customer service make him ideal for this new role. We are confident that he will continue to excel in his new position and look forward to seeing the improvements that he will bring to our aftersales team.
